A workshop is an introduction: the real benefit of mindfulness is achieved when you actually start applying the techniques on a regular basis. During our programs you will learn how to sustain your mindfulness practice and integrate it into your daily life – both at work and in private life.
Our workshops typically take 1 to 2 hours and can be given at the location of your preference – whether that is at your offices, during an off-site event or even online.
